Quick Fix: Many technical issues can be resolved by refreshing your browser or clearing your cache.
Common Technical Issues
Try these steps in order:
- Refresh the page: Press F5 or Ctrl+R (Cmd+R on Mac)
- Check your internet: Try visiting another website
- Clear browser cache: See instructions below
- Try a different browser: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari
- Disable browser extensions: Ad blockers can sometimes interfere

Authentication Issues:
- Use your Microsoft account: The same email you use for Outlook, Office 365, or Xbox
- Check if you're signed into multiple accounts: Sign out of other Microsoft accounts first
- Try incognito/private browsing: This bypasses cached login data
- Allow pop-ups: The login window might be blocked

If your registration progress isn't saving:
- Stay logged in: Don't sign out during registration
- Don't use private/incognito mode: Use a regular browser window
- Allow cookies: Our site needs cookies to save your progress
- Click "Save & Continue": Manual saves ensure your data is stored
- Complete one step at a time: Don't skip around between steps
Auto-save runs every 2 minutes and when you complete each step. You'll see a confirmation when it saves.
Mobile-specific tips:
- Use your phone's browser: Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Android
- Turn on "Desktop site": If things look strange, try the desktop version
- Zoom out: If buttons are too small, pinch to zoom out and try again
- Close other apps: Free up memory for better performance
- Update your browser: Older browser versions may not work properly

Form problems:
- Check required fields: Look for red asterisks (*) marking required information
- Use proper formats:

- Email: name@domain.com
- Date: MM/DD/YYYY
- Don't use special characters: Stick to letters, numbers, and basic punctuation
- Try clicking outside the field: Then click the submit/continue button

- Click "Clear now"
Firefox
- Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete
- Select "Cache"
- Click "Clear Now"
Safari
- Go to Safari ? Preferences
- Click "Privacy" tab
- Click "Manage Website Data"
- Click "Remove All"
