Quick Fix: Many technical issues can be resolved by refreshing your browser or clearing your cache.

Common Technical Issues

Try these steps in order:
  1. Refresh the page: Press F5 or Ctrl+R (Cmd+R on Mac)
  2. Check your internet: Try visiting another website
  3. Clear browser cache: See instructions below
  4. Try a different browser: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari
  5. Disable browser extensions: Ad blockers can sometimes interfere

Authentication Issues:
  • Use your Microsoft account: The same email you use for Outlook, Office 365, or Xbox
  • Check if you're signed into multiple accounts: Sign out of other Microsoft accounts first
  • Try incognito/private browsing: This bypasses cached login data
  • Allow pop-ups: The login window might be blocked

If your registration progress isn't saving:
  • Stay logged in: Don't sign out during registration
  • Don't use private/incognito mode: Use a regular browser window
  • Allow cookies: Our site needs cookies to save your progress
  • Click "Save & Continue": Manual saves ensure your data is stored
  • Complete one step at a time: Don't skip around between steps
Auto-save runs every 2 minutes and when you complete each step. You'll see a confirmation when it saves.

Mobile-specific tips:
  • Use your phone's browser: Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Android
  • Turn on "Desktop site": If things look strange, try the desktop version
  • Zoom out: If buttons are too small, pinch to zoom out and try again
  • Close other apps: Free up memory for better performance
  • Update your browser: Older browser versions may not work properly
Recommended: For the best experience, use a computer or tablet if available.

Form problems:
  • Check required fields: Look for red asterisks (*) marking required information
  • Use proper formats:
    • Phone: (555) 123-4567
    • Email: name@domain.com
    • Date: MM/DD/YYYY
  • Don't use special characters: Stick to letters, numbers, and basic punctuation
  • Try clicking outside the field: Then click the submit/continue button

Clear Browser Cache

  1. Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (or Cmd+Shift+Delete on Mac)
  2. Select "Cached images and files"
  3. Click "Clear data"
Edge
  1. Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete
  2. Select "Cached images and files"
  3. Click "Clear now"
Firefox
  1. Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete
  2. Select "Cache"
  3. Click "Clear Now"
Safari
  1. Go to Safari ? Preferences
  2. Click "Privacy" tab
  3. Click "Manage Website Data"
  4. Click "Remove All"
