Step 1: Sign In

Use your WeAreStewarts.com account to sign in securely

Step 2: Find Your Contact

We'll help you find your existing contact record

Registration Steps

What happens: We search for your contact information based on your login.

  • If found: We'll show your information to confirm
  • If not found: You can create a new contact record
  • Multiple contacts: You can choose the correct one
Tip: Make sure you're signed in with the same WeAreStewarts.com account you used previously.

What to do: Verify and update your personal information.

  • Required: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Birthday
  • Auto-filled: Information from your WeAreStewarts.com profile
Registration Fee: Based on your age - Ages 0-2: Free, 3-10: $15, 11+: $30

What to do: Add family members you're registering.

  • Click "Add Dependent" to register additional family members
  • Each person needs: Name, relationship, age/birthday
  • You can edit or remove dependents before finishing
  • Each dependent has their own registration fee
Optional Step: You can skip this if registering only yourself.

What to do: Select t-shirts for yourself and dependents (optional).

  • Choose size and quantity for each person
  • T-shirt prices range between $7 and $20 each
  • You can order multiple shirts per person
  • Preview the t-shirt design before ordering
Optional Step: T-shirt ordering is completely optional.

What to do: Review your total and make payment.

  • Review itemized costs (registration fees + t-shirts)
  • $5 processing fee added to all payments
  • Pay by credit card through Square
  • Partial payments available if needed
Secure Payment: All payments processed securely through Square.

What happens: Review everything before final submission.

  • Review all your information one final time
  • Make changes if needed
  • Submit your completed registration
  • Receive confirmation email
You're Done! You'll receive a confirmation email with all your details.
